In Google Tag Manager, go to Tags > New > Facebook Pixel and enter the following settings (if some fields are not visible in the screenshot, I did not change anything there): The following steps I will demonstrate explain exactly that (but without using the term Base Code). In other guides (especially the older ones) found online, you might see a term called Facebook Pixel Base Code (or something similar).
